stc group's data-centre, connectivity and subsea-cable subsidiary, launched in October 2022. It runs carrier-neutral data centres in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam and is led by Fahad AlHajeri. stc's FY2025 annual report says center3 is executing a 37.5 billion expansion plan (currency not printed in the report; trade press reported about US$10 billion) to reach 1 GW of capacity by 2030. In December 2025 it formed a joint venture with HUMAIN for up to 1 GW of AI workloads, and in September 2026 it signed a data-centre framework agreement with Saudi Electricity Project Development Company. It publishes no separate financial statements.
