ınxen publishes structured business and economic information about Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq, alongside a selection of news reported and published by ontime+. The service is free and requires no account. We may change, add to or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Everything on ınxen is general information for reference. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, asset or investment, or to take any business decision. Check the original sources and consult a qualified adviser before acting. You are responsible for any decision you take on the basis of information from ınxen.

We publish a figure only after an editor has verified it against an identified source, and we show its source, period and date alongside it. Figures nevertheless come from third parties — statistical offices, central banks, companies and international organisations — and may be revised, restated or found to be wrong. We correct errors openly under our corrections policy, but we do not guarantee that any content is complete, accurate or current. ınxen does not provide live or real-time market data.

Ask ınxen answers from ınxen's verified records and approved coverage, and shows the sources behind each answer. Its answers are generated automatically: they may be incomplete or wrong, and an editor does not review them before you see them. Treat them as a starting point and check the linked sources. When the data is not held, Ask ınxen says so. Do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information in a question. We may limit the number of questions to protect the service.

The daily brief is sent only to addresses that have confirmed their subscription, in the language chosen. You can unsubscribe or change language at any time with the links in every email. We may change the schedule or content of the brief, or suspend it.

The design, text, compilations, databases, summaries and brand marks of ınxen are protected by copyright, database and trademark law. News stories are the work of ontime+ and remain its property. Data taken from third-party sources remains subject to the terms of those sources.

You may read and print ınxen pages and share links to them for personal and internal professional use, and you may quote short extracts with clear attribution to ınxen and a link to the page. Any other reproduction, republication, resale or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

You agree not to copy or extract data or content systematically by scraping, crawling or any other automated means, other than search engines indexing the site for search; not to use ınxen content to train or fine-tune artificial-intelligence models, or to build a competing database or service; not to send automated or bulk queries to Ask ınxen or attempt to bypass its limits; not to interfere with the security or operation of the site, or attempt to access areas or data not intended for you; and not to use the site in breach of any applicable law.

ınxen links to original sources and to ontime+. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of sites we do not operate.

ınxen is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ınxen, its publisher, its editors and its service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from the use of, or reliance on, the site — including its data, its news, answers from Ask ınxen and the daily brief. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, applies from the day it is published. Continuing to use ınxen after a change means that you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard by the courts located there, except where the law of your place of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived. These terms are published in Arabic and English; both versions carry the same meaning, and if they differ, the English version prevails.
