Al Rai reported on 28 January 2026 that the bank posted net profit of KD 121.2 million for 2025, against KD 157.2 million for 2024, with total assets up 14.9% to KD 5,363.1 million, and that the board recommended a cash dividend of 37 fils a share for the year.
