Diriyah Company develops the Diriyah project around At-Turaif, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and calls itself a PIF company. PIF announced Diriyah as its fifth giga-project on 9 January 2023. The PIF portfolio page gives two different start dates, established in 2022 in its summary text and launched in 2023 in its body, so INXEN shows no founding year; it states no ownership percentage. A company release of 17 April 2024 names Jerry Inzerillo as Group CEO, and a Gulf Business profile of 6 July 2026 still lists him in that role.
