ADQ's newsroom says the Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs transferred full ownership of Etihad Aviation Group, Etihad Airways' group, to ADQ. The airline's 2025 results release of 24 February 2026 reports total revenue up 21% to AED 30.7 billion and profit after tax up 47% to AED 2.6 billion, 22.4 million passengers and an operating fleet of 127 aircraft, and names Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa as chairman and Antonoaldo Neves as chief executive.
