Abu Dhabi's state renewable-energy champion. TAQA, ADNOC and Mubadala completed their transaction for stakes in Masdar on 8 December 2022: TAQA holds 43%, Mubadala 33% and ADNOC 24% of the renewables business, and ADNOC 43%, Mubadala 33% and TAQA 24% of the green hydrogen business, according to Mubadala's release of that day. Its global clean-energy portfolio passed 50 gigawatts of capacity in 2025.
