NHC Innovation is the technology arm of the National Housing Company (NHC), launched at the Real Estate Future Forum in Riyadh in January 2025 according to a Mubasher report of 27 January 2025, which calls it a new NHC subsidiary without stating NHC's stake. The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing describes it as a developer of real estate technologies and smart digital solutions for the real estate and municipal sectors that manages more than 13 digital platforms, including Sakani, Balady and Ejar, and names Eng. Rayan bin Abdullah Al-Aql as its chief executive. The company does not publish audited financial statements that INXEN has found.
