Oman India Fertiliser Company listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange in 2026 after an initial public offering of 25% of its shares (1,672,343,750 of 6,689,375,000), all sold by existing shareholders OQ, IFFCO and KRIBHCO, according to its prospectus dated 11 June 2026. Oman Observer reported a nameplate capacity at its Sur plant of about 1.15 million tonnes of ammonia and 1.65 million tonnes of urea a year. The prospectus reports in US dollars.
