One of the largest listed investment companies in the region, according to Ominvest. Its Annual Report 2025, signed by the chairman on 10 March 2026, gives the Group's holdings at 31 December 2025 as 14.98% of Bank Muscat and 31.64% of Oman Arab Bank, and names three shareholders with 10% or more at that date: Khalid Muhammad AlZubair (19.94%), Al Hilal Investment Company (19.37%) and the Social Protection Fund (11.93%).
