Actual expenditure of the government budget, current and investment, from the start of the fiscal year to the end of the month, as the finance ministry's budget-execution account prints it.

Methodology: Finance ministry accounts only, as printed, in the currency printed; monthly accounts may be revised. No balance is derived: a deficit or surplus is entered only where the ministry prints one.
