A private investment firm established to invest in artificial intelligence and advanced technology globally, by its own description (July 2026). It was announced in Abu Dhabi on 11 March 2024, with Mubadala and G42 as foundational partners in its creation; its investment strategy, as announced, focuses on three areas: AI infrastructure (including data centres and connectivity), semiconductors, and AI core technologies and applications. Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, is its Chairman, and Ahmed Yahia Al Idrissi its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. With BlackRock, Global Infrastructure Partners and Microsoft it launched the AI Infrastructure Partnership in September 2024, and it is a strategic minority investor in Khazna Data Centers.
