UAE data-centre operator. Its majority shareholder is G42, with MGX and Silver Lake as minority shareholders (Khazna, 26 March 2025; no stakes published). INXEN tracks its data centres in Abu Dhabi (AUH6; AUH4 and AUH8), Dubai (DXB2 and DXB3), Ajman (QAJ1), Sharjah (a joint venture with BEEAH) and Dammam, and the 200 MW expansion delivered for Microsoft. Outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia, Khazna has announced projects in Türkiye (Başkent OIZ, Ankara; 30 April 2025), Egypt (Maadi Technology Park; 8 May 2023) and Italy (Ferrera Erbognone, Lombardy, with Eni; 11 July 2025), according to its own releases.
