Al-Zour Refinery

Al-Zour is a 615,000 barrel-per-day refinery operated by KIPIC, which declared it fully operational in December 2023 after its third and final crude units came online. In July 2026 parts of the refinery were shut by a power cut, with both affected crude units expected to restart by 10 August 2026.
