King Salman International Airport

King Salman International Airport is a planned 57 km² airport in Riyadh with six parallel runways, built around the existing King Khalid International Airport and owned by PIF. PIF targets capacity of 100 million passengers a year by 2030 and 185 million by 2050; construction of a third runway began in late 2025 and Terminal 6 enabling works were awarded in July 2026.
