Sovereign credit rating expressed as a numeric ordinal score (AAA=21 down to D=0) using the S&P scale, for cross-country comparison. The actual letter grade(s) from S&P, Fitch and Moody's — which do not always agree — are recorded in each row's note field, not collapsed into a single number.
