DEWA's single-site solar park, developed through independent power producer phases, had an installed capacity of 3,860 MW in 2026, from photovoltaic and concentrated solar power plants. DEWA plans to raise capacity above 8,000 MW by 2030; the 1,800 MW sixth phase is still being completed, and the seventh phase (2,000 MW PV plus 1,400 MW / 8,400 MWh of battery storage) is in tender.
