Ruwais LNG

ADNOC is building a two-train LNG export plant at Al Ruwais with a capacity of 9.6 million tonnes per year (two 4.8 mtpa trains), designed to run on grid power instead of gas turbines. ADNOC says about 90% of capacity is committed under long-term agreements and commercial operations are scheduled for 2028.
